wrist tattoo ideas?

Lisa

i loooove piercings and tattoos, even though i'm only 16, maybe a bit too young for a tattoo? i want one anyway. i'm stuck between getting a tattoo on my wrist or either love, or karma. both of which mean a lot to me. so has anyone got any advice for me? and don't tell me stuff about how i'll regret it in a few yeras - you only live once!
and uhh i live in new zealand, and yes it is legal to get tattoos from 16 onwards..
okay AGAAAAIN it IS legal in new zealand, where i live, to get tattoos from 16 onwards.

Don't be stupid - you are going to look like an idiot when tattoos are no longer trendy and you are a bloated middle-aged housewife with a stupid faded tattoo on your arm.

What are some tattoo ideas for a girl.?

i like the look of brass knuckles and flowers and the bird the swallow.
but i need to open up my horizon and see what else would be nice.
i really adore tattoos & the look of them. So help me with ideas. Anything please (:

As a huge tattoo fan, and a tattooed person myself, my advice to you is this...

DO NOT get any tattoos that are mere fads (such as brass knuckles and nautical stars and swallows), and tattoos that do not mean a LOT to you personally.

Whenever I see brass knuckles or nautical stars or swallows or other "trendy" types of tattoos, I think... wow, that's stupid, and that person is going to regret that s**t when they're older. Why? Because it doesn't have anything to do with their beliefs or their personalities or them as individuals.

I believe that tattoos should be expressions of peoples' individuality. So think about what you love... what your beliefs are... what your favorite hobbies are... the things that you believe will NEVER CHANGE for you or about you... because if you get a boyfriend's name or a cartoon character or something on your skin, and then you stop liking those things, you're going to regret the tattoo, and it costs a hell of a lot and hurts a hell of a lot (from what I've heard) to have it removed.

So anyway, just think about what would be special to you personally, and think about it for quite a while before you actually commit to it, because... well, tattoos are forever!
