Best place for a tattoo on a woman?

Q. I'm planning on getting a tattoo soon - roughly circle shaped (a celtic design of some sort, incorporating a yin yan sign) and around 4 - 5 cm across. I was planning on getting it on the bottom of my back, but I'm not sure that design would look good there - and tattoos there seem to have a stigma of being 'trampy'. I like the idea of the top of my back inbetween my shoulders, but I'm pretty sure that's gonna hurt alot. I'm putting alot of thought into this as I don't want to regret it in the future - any help will be much appreciated :)

if you think the design is best on your lower back get it there.

you can have the artist put the outline on a few places of your body to see what fits best for you

i have tattoos on my foot, ankle, thigh, top of shoulder and back of my shoulder

I don't think anything really. I try not to judge people based on little things like that. I know plenty of people with piercings and tattoos who are very upstanding people, including my husband who has a few tattoos himself.
