Do young women with tattoos think that they are going to be hot when they are elderly?

I seriously don't get it. There is nothing more ugly to me than some old woman with smeared stretched out ink on their body. What do you young women think when you get a tattoo?

We never think we will be old one day! Its just one of those tricks that life plays on us, we think we will be young and firm forever! Doh! Imagine how the Old Peoples Homes will look in 20 years time, all the old ladies botoxed up, covered in tattoos with bouncing breasts! ha!

What to do about a neighbor going through my trash?

It's not just dumpster diving, she has been caught by another tenant going into the dumpster and taking ALL our bags out to be nosy. She is old and has nothing better to do. She actually had the nerve to knock on my door and tell me "You need to do something about all your medical bills!"

Then she told me I need to shread my garbage better because people "in this complex" will go through it. (She doesn't know the other neighbors have already seen her). What kind of person does this? I feel invaded.

If she is elderly call the office for the aging (It can be found in the phone book)
without being angry tell of them her, her address, her age to your best guess...then explain to them you are generally concerned with her behavior. explain to them about the dumpster and then the knock on your door

also call the police. No exceptions. (You would if a three hundred pound person with the name of a prison tattooed on them). This women is no less of a concern.
for several reasons, it maybe stealing. (Tech speaking it may be considered trash since it is in the trash bin. That does very form state to state)
The biggest reason is she not only went thru the trash, she read it then went to you door to talk to you about. That is not right thinking. The police need to step in for her sake maybe...and your and
your neighbors safety.

remember take a deep breath, exhale and let go the good reasons to be pissed. Just deal with if it as
a concerned person. It sounds better and they are more willing to listen to you.

if that fails get a court order of protection. she violates it, call the police. she is not safe as a neighbor.
