So Im 18yrs old and with my first baby. i want to get his name tatted on me in 3wks (then I'll be 19wks preggo) but i was jus gonna do it on my wrist or brest bone..SO IS IT OK FOR PREGNANT WOMEN TO GET TATTOOS? An ANOTHER thing if u wana comment on it: My baby's father has hella tats and even has his nephew that passed away at 3mnths name tatted on him but won't get his own son (his 1st child) name tatted on him (same has his name)! Should I be mad or not??

I would be mad about the name thing. If he has more than a couple tattoos, then what is one more going to hurt? It is the name of his son! I understand some people only get tattoos in memory of the deceased, but you say he has more. So yeah I would talk to him about it and see why he wont get his sons name. Whether they share a name or not. I am not sure about getting a tattoo while pregnant. I would wait though. Only because your immune system is weaker when you are pregnant, and you could develop an infection easier. I am going to wait until my son is born, and once I lose weight, I am getting his name tattoo'd some where on me. (:
