Tattoo placement on women?

I want to get a tat about the size of my palm. I need it in a spot where it can easily be covered, but also fairly easy to show off. I'm debating between my upper back (behind one of the shoulders) and just above my ankle. What do you guys find more attractive? Pros and cons for those areas? Thanks :)

My friend is getting a rectangle tattoo (very crude sketch here, but the corners have the spade/club/heart/diamond in them)

It's about 3 inches tall and 2.5 wide, any good placement ideas for a rectangle and for a woman?
She already has tattoos and a person in the tattoo community doesnt want to hear from someone without a tattoo about 'just don't do it, it will sag', we're aware of the sagging, it comes with age, skin sags, and if a tat is covered, its not like a 70 year old lady is gunna have a huge sagguing tat on her body thats noticable, its covered, so please stop with the warnings, she's alreayd got 3

I think between the shoulder blades would be best as it isn't an organic shape that flows well with the body so it needs to be centered. It might also lookk good right next to the hip bone below the belt line. Pretty much anywhere it can be placed next to a straight bone so it looks centered.

And to Virginia G, old and saggy is old and saggy, regardless of whether it is tattooed or not.
