So i was thinking of having a tattoo(small) on neck. I wanted to know that does tattoo leave bad impression on girls on first sight.

Some girls dig tattoos and some don't. But think twice before getting an exposed tattoo, this can affect your future employment. Keep your tattoo hidden, and you'll be fine.
