We were born in the wrong body and we fix it medically with transitioning. Thats it.
Why do people act like we spend so much time and money, risk our health and lives, just to get a sex change for kicks? Getting a sex change isn't like getting a tattoo or piercing. Its a medical treatment to a birth condition that causes emotional distress and dysphoria.

People fear what they don't understand. As a result some like Snotalie like to ridicule us for that reason.... they fear us. It should be noted that Snotalie has another problem of their own, they claim to be an "ex-gay". So not only does this person deny themselves, they also deny other peoples identities. Quite sad really. But people like that are fast becoming dinosaurs---->extinct. Because they can't stop progress. We've come so far in the last 20 years and I think the next 20 will be a very exciting time for us. Just a week ago we had another milestone:

Since that article we've also learned that there is a trans man working in the Labor Dept. These developments would have been unthinkable just a couple years ago. The world IS changing despite the efforts of Snotalie, John Honor and the Religious Right. People are becoming more informed all the time and in the end we WILL be accepted.
