I'm not getting a tattoo anytime soon , but I wanted to know where does it hurt the most.?

Take a feather and tickle yourself everywhere.. The spots where you felt it the most are the spots your going to feel the needles the most..

Everyone is different and takes pain in different ways.
On average women are able to take pain better than men can.

inside arm

Where would a feather tattoo look best on a womans body?

I'm thinking behind my neck. I can't decide if i think it would look great or odd looking in that spot. Any better suggestions of a spot?

I think they look astounding right on the neck, sort of behind the ear. It doesn't look so...random, like it would on the center of the back. Anyway, a feather tattoo would look good just about anywhere.(:
