concernes with a low tattoo stretching...would it?

the tat i want to get is going to be really low.
so low that you wont be able to see it unless completly naked.

however, my best friend just piointed out that when and if I am to ever get pregnant, that it may stretch. she has a point.

would it? even if its soo low?
what else would make it stretch?

help!

You don't say whereabouts it will be placed. I take it you mean it will be on your lower abdomen. If so, yes it can get distorted through pregnancy. Most women don't regain their original grade of elasticity after bearing a child (as great as some mums do look afterwards). Everyone's skin is different of course, but you should realistically expect some level of stretching that will never rectify itself to the way it was before, regardless of how much exercise you do, etc.

I want a tattoo on my stomach pretty bad but I am terrified that it will stretch when I become pregnant. Has anyone gone through this? Did your tatt stretch? Did it go back to normal?

Youâd better not do it. During pregnancy, weight will significantly gain. If tattoo on your lower abdomen, it will really damage.
