I want my first tattoo to be some where that can easily be hidden as I want to be a teacher when I get out of college. I don't have any ideas on what to get either. It doesn't have to be something meaningful, just something small and pretty. Any ideas on what and where? Please don't lecture me on how online strangers shouldn't be helping me with this. Thank!

i am getting a tattoo pretty soon but i'm kind of at a loss for what to get. i was going to get a dragonfly but my best friend just got one so i'm trying to think of something else. i would like something thats not done very often on girls. i like feminine things but i would also like either a tiger or dragon or something else like that. i would also like the word strength in the tattoo somewhere. please any ideas are appreciated and pics would be helpful. also where on my body to get it. it will be fairly large.

Sounds like you want a tattoo just for the sake of having a tattoo, which is always a recipe of a disaster. You should sit on your design for a couple of months to make sure that you truly want it- I know that when you've made up your mind to get a new tat or piercing, it can be absolute death to have to wait for it (dying for the want of my second tat!...Too poor right now, sadly) but when it comes down to it, what's a few months when all is considered. You're going to have it for the rest of your life, after all.
If you want a dragonfly, you should get a dragonfly. It doesn't matter if your friend has one, your tattoos reflect yourself. Yours doesn't have to look anything like hers, anyway.
If you're adamant that you're not getting it, however, take a look at these for inspiration:
