I've run out of creative Ideas and could use some help with a drawing.?

My uncle recently visited and he went through my drawings and decided he wanted me to design a tattoo for him of a mermaid.....(which I've never drawn before) I've designed peoples tattoo's before but this one proves difficult for me....So any help or insight would be great...Or even if you know a site that may help with some inspiration...

Circus freaks vs pin ups?

For a long time I have been going back and forth on what I want my left sleeve to be. I know I want to get a a three quarter sleeve with a lace band at the end to to match my right sleeve, but these two ideas are things that I love and hold meaning, I just can't beside between them.

The circus side show freaks sleeve would be in the same traditonal-esque style as the antique posters they are inspired by with black and gray or limited color. I would want a tattooed lady as the main piece with conjoined twins, a moth lady, a bearded lady, a ring leader, and maybe a few others.

The pin up sleeve would be a Sailor Jerry style with color and maybe a gray background. I would want a cowgirl, tattooed lady, naked woman with a banner around her, a army pin up, and a 50's housewife.

My existing sleeve is black and gray photo-realistic flowers, that represent my home state, Florida, and Texas where I live now. I also have a black and gray antique picture frame back piece with deer antlers that wrap around onto my shoulders.

As far as artistically with do you think would be the best? If I didn't get the circus freaks sleeve I might get it as a leg sleeve, and if I didn't get the pin ups I would get the cowgirl on my side and the house wife on my calf possibly. And if you don't like tattoos then don't shove your opinions down other's throats

I don't like tattoos. Don't get any tattoo is my vote. Both circus freak and pin up look equally bad.
