Life tips/advice:
BE MORE POSITIVE. think good thoughts about life and the people you are around.
have hope.
if you can stay positive then you will generate more positive outcomes and experiences,
develop your strengths, study and learn more,
inspire others to be more.
call you family and just say i love you.
imagine that you have been just released from 20 years in prison. now you are free again... what will you do?
and how do you feel about everything in your life?, be grateful, give thanks. become spiritual.
believe in God ( whichever you chose) but believe.
help people.
teach someone.
spend some quiet time alone and reflect on your needs for a change
get physically fit/work out or run regularly.
learn some interesting or funny expressions to add to your lexicon, (I love old cowboy expressions) "don't put lipstick on a pig!) when some one suggests wasting more time/effort/money on a losing battle.
learn to say "I'm sorry", when you really are.
listen to criticism, fight the urge to take it personally.
stay focused. try to set some goals for yourself that you can achieve. let go of losers in your life.

get some sunshine ( don't listen to the "skin" cancer scare tactics.)
stop bitching.
try to see the other persons side.
call your good friends-"brother/sister." when you greet them.
slow down. don't hurry so much. change your routine sometimes.
go out to dinner.
if your a woman- wear MAKE UP. ( NO, YOU really DON'T LOOK THAT GOOD "ALA NATURAL") never, ever get into the habit of wearing "sweats" or "comfy, baggy , or sloppy clothes..the rest of us don't care if your "comfortable". look your best, you deserve it! this sometimes will include wearing high heels. DO NOT CUT YOUR HAIR too short,
do not own a cat, much less several.

talk dirty when the timing is right.
drive faster.
smile more.
give your mate at least 30 minutes when they return home to "unwind" before you launch into your mono log about your day.
stop obsessing about your weight. you look great.
read a book, stop watching TV so much.
God created the woman last. The highest form of all creations. do not forget that you deserve good things.

no come overs. wear better clothes, more listening, talk less bull crap, no sideways baseball caps or baggy pants-please!
be kind to your girl. respect her father. don't ever send emails when your drunk or high. stop changing your hairstyle.
exercise, eat meat, talk to your kids, listen to your wife.

read woman's magazines if you can- you'll learn allot.

its OK to cry, but remember that women don't like to see you bleed all over yourself.

find something interesting to do besides sports or work.
organize your bills and paperwork.
do not wear a plastic watch or vinyl shoes.
listen to talk radio (once in a while) instead of music in your car. passing out or throwing up means you need to master your party limits. don't be sneaky or develop "secrets" in your life. you should be "happy" to be alone before you'll be "happy" with a mate.
if a woman leaves you, its usually for the best, anyway.
don't let your Dog sleep on your bed.
at least launder the towels, if your married.
groom your eyebrows.
