Where should I place a small written tattoo on my arm?

I'm going to be getting "que sera sera" tattooed on my right arm, but I'd like some insight on placement. The phrase means a lot to me personally so that's for sure what I'm going with, just simple black script.
I'm currently thinking three places: right below the elbow ditch, right above the elbow ditch, or in the inside of my upper arm in the middle of the bicep area. (I'm a girl) Could I also get opinions on which way the words should face? I'm thinking so I can read it, because I'm doing it for myself, but it seems backwards? Thanks!
Note: I forgot to mention, the words wouldn't be in an elbow to wrist orientation, it would be across like the way the line of the elbow crease is.

on a guy I'd say right below elbow ditch, on a girl I'd say upper arm on the inside

There's a pin up cutesy girl type tattoo I want that my friend sketched that I LOVE.

I can't decide either my forearm area or my upper arm.

I know the skin is more elastic on the upper arm, not that I'm planning on gaining a bunch of weight lol but it's also easily hidden whereas the lower arm is more viewable to myself and the skin is less elastic.

HELP.

Don't get it anywhere. Rethink your idea. Do not get a "pin up cutesy girl type tattoo". A pin up girl tattoo is degraded. It will give people the impression that you are not a wholesome, nice person.

Thinking of getting a tattoo, what can I expect?

I'm planning on getting a medium sized tattoo soon, but I have no idea what to expect. What kind of pain will I experience? What does it compare to? Also, what is a good place to get a tattoo, besides the lower back and the upper arm? I'm a girl, so keep that in mind, please!

i got my first tattoo in june and was really nervous at first. i got it on my ankle & it wasnt too bad. it does hurt though but every tattoo does! i dont think the pain is that bad that you will cry so dont worry. it feels annoying more than anything & also like a very deep cat scratch. but once your adrenaline kicks in you wont think about it that much. good luck
