tattoo question? girls preferably or anyone whos experienced with getting/giving tattoos?

shawesomew

Allright heres whats up. I am getting 2 tattoos, a nautical star on the bottom side of each breast. I am wondering a few things, like how much this might hurt (im a 38d so theres a lot of um, fat there haha) and about healing, ect. I allready have 7 piercings and they didnt bother me at all, (eyebrow, nose, and ears cartillage and lobes). Also I am sort of on the lighter skinned side, but i was thinking purple and black....but im open to suggestions. also another thing is i was thinking about having the stars not directly underneath each breast but (still on the underside) a little moved towards my cleavage? what do you think about placement? and anyone whos going to be all like WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?? well its my body, my art, and its not like when im 60 my titties are gunna be all out and my grandchildren will be like whats that gma? lol. but yeah any helps appreciated!!!!!! ha and also, what made me think of this, was a few things. my breasts are beautifull and perky so why not artwork em up a LITTLE. ive allways wanted a nautical star tattoo or two, and i can allways say "hey baby i promise when you f^&* me youll see stars. haha thot id share :]
also ha me and my man came up with it earlier, doin missionary lol, we just thot it wud be a good place. i have to hide it from my family which has part to do with the odd placement. and its not just for the "ill make u see stars" reason. just sounds rly cool! im just a lil nervous. lol

I am a girl and I have 9 tattoos. First of all, f*** what everyone else thinks... its your body and you do what you want with it. As long as you have thought this out long and hard and think that in 20-30 years you won't regret it. I love all of my 9 tats and can't wait to get more. Also, I like the idea of stars. Purple and black are an excellent combination and will look good on fair skin. Looks good when your skin is tan in summer time too. (I have a purple and black dragon and I think its awesome!) Anyways, none of my tats are on or near my breasts but I can tell you that areas with sensitive skin hurt more. Like I have tats around my lower abdomen - private area and that one hurt like a bit*h!!! So did the one on my hips (I'm a big girl so that area for me is fleshy) but like the one on my back and legs did not hurt so much. I would imagine that since the skin underneath your breasts are quite sensitive that it will probably hurt... but not to worry because the tattoo guy or girl will know its your first time and probably go easy on you. And besides, its not one continuous thing when they are "drawing" or doing the tat, they take several short breaks in between each few spots to wipe it off, get more ink or dab some ointment on your tat. And if you feel woozy or YOU need a break they will be more than understanding. Having a friend there to talk to helps. Or sometimes depending on who you go to, they will put on loud music to drown out the sound of the needle, as it may cause you to concentrate more on the sound thus making it hurt more (its psychological really.) But all in all, tattoos don't really hurt that much. Call me weird but I actually like the feeling when I am getting one done (except the sensitive areas!) It just feels like they are lightly drawing on your with a buzzing pin. Tickles a little too. Sometimes they do it a little hard to fill in color, sometimes its just the outline which I think is easy. But all depending on your pain tolerance, I'd say that tats are fun, pretty easy and extremely tolerable. And don't listen to anyone who says drink or smoke weed before you do it, that's just dumb, and it could make you bleed more if you drink. Tattoos are fun and extremely addicting and I promise you will feel so accomplished after getting your first! Just make sure you keep it clean, moisturized and don't pick and peel it. GOOD LUCK and I think the stars and sex thing is cool... Like I said they are very addicting I promise you will want more and more after this! HAVE FUN!!!!

Why the girls put tattoos on her private parts like boobs, thighs etc?

P R

Is it just to show off and make the guys look at them.?
Do u like putting tatoos on your private parts?

Answer
Do you do everything that you do because 'guys' do it, or do you have your own personal reasons, based on who you are and the life that you live?
'girls' (also, females, women, ladies, chicks, etc...) do whatever they do, because the choose to do so. Each person does what they do for individual reasons.
'girls' etc. don't consult a big book on what girls do and then do it.
Sheesh, everyone is an individual, we are not ants, we don't live in a colony, and the choices that we make are our choices, and if you want to know why anyone makes a choice, then you must ask that person. Don't presume.

[Guys]--Is Sleeves or Alot of Tattoos On Girls Unattractive?

ray.

I've always wanted alot of tattoos, i think people should enjoy their body while they're young, worry about stuff later do what you want. But i didnt know if it would look retarded. I'm blonde and kinda preppy probably wouldnt look right but want it anywayss. ?
Okay Not Complete Sleeves: --Just like Shoulder blade to not even elbow. which could be covered by a simple t shirt. =)

Answer
I see the other ppl who answered this are girls too, even though you asked for guys, so I'm gonna answer anyway! lol

I know a few guys who think extensive tats on girl are sexy, but most don't. Many guys prefer subtle ones in private spots or a few that are meaningful. I don't really know any guy who wants his girl to have sleeves. The only woman I know who has them, her husband owns a tat business and they do suit her, and her lifestyle.

Jobs and tattoos, please answer.?

idk

I want a tattoo on my forearm like this: http://media.photobucket.com/image/lacey%20mosley%20tattoo/FlyLeafcorps/flyleaf/l_5b98c6ef72f45c10e01f44ececbec55e.jpg?o=2

But with a different word, that I haven't decided yet.

I want it on my forearm, because I don't want a tattoo on my side or my lower back, or my foot, i would probably get another one on my upper back and arm. My arms are always covered anyways...so It wouldnt be a big deal to cover it up.

Would this be okay for jobs, I am not completely sure what career I want, either a graphic designer, photographer, journalist, or a singer in a band (which I'm in one right now), archeologist, or writer. ( I know most of those it doesn't matter if you have a tattoo or not.)

I'm 18 & female, what do you think of a girl having a tattoo there?

Answer
I have wrist tattoos and am a graphic designer. I have held corporate positions where they made me wear long sleeves, and I have worked for private companies that let me show them off. It really depends on the employer. Just wear a long-sleeved suit to your interviews. After you are hired, ask about tattoo policy. They'll let you know--worse comes to worse, you'll just have to wear long sleeves every day.

Tattoos are eternal and you're still young. Make sure this is really something you want for the rest of your life. If the answer to that is yes, then go for it.

Is it safe to tattoo the outside of your vagina on the top?

I want to tattoo the area on top of the outside part of my vagina. What about hair growth there? When the tattoo is healing the hair is probably gonna grow back. Will waxing ruin the tatto after it's healed? How much do you think it will cost? Any info will be appreciated thanks.

Answer
Hey there!
I'm guessing you're talking about your pubic area?
It is almost completely safe. I say almost, because there is a chance that you are allergic to the chemicals in tattoo ink. The hair there should be gone. You could shave it or wax it. In SOME tattoo parlors, the artist will shave it for you. The hair will continue to grow back, because the needle doesn't pierce the skin deep enough to damage the hair follicle. Waxing only affects the outermost layer of skin. The skin will shed as time passes anyways, so waxing shouldn't matter as long as it's completely healed.
The cost differs between parlors. Most parlors charge by hour. Somewhere between $50-300 per hour. Most will not be as high as 300, but there's still some. The more detail your tattoo has, the more it will cost. Color will also cost more than black ink.
As for pain, it will probably hurt a lot. :P As I am not a girl, I can not tell you if it will hurt or not, but I'm guessing the skin there is fairly sensitive. Tattoos hurt more on sensitive skin. For example, the skin on your forearm is much tougher than the skin on your underarm, therefore a tattoo on your underarm will hurt much more than on the forearm.

Btw, airbrushed tattoos are only temporary, so you don't have to worry about that. You probably won't get cancer if you go to a clean and reputable parlor. If anything, you'll have an allergic reaction and get the tattoo removed. -_- The tattoo will only hurt during the inking process. It will stay tender during the healing process, but after that, it'll just feel like it did before. Don't wear pants during the healing process, because friction will cause the tattoo to fade. After it's healed then you can wear it. Another little note: a tattoo has nothing to do with urine unless you you get it done on your urethra which makes no sense whatsoever. Haha.
Good luck with your private tattoo. :)

Is it ok to fund raise for your daughter who has cancer and then buy a tattoo?

tracy vega

A friend of mine has a little girl that has cancer. She is always doing fundraisers to help with medical expenses. She has 4 girls total and has no job. She is posting pictures of all her new tatoo's on social media. Who knows if the fundraising money is paying for her new ink. Even if it isn't how can I tell her she is being rude to all the people that are supporting her?

Answer
Non-profit organizations have to submit financial reports. Individuals don't, except for their tax returns, which are private. It could be that your friend has a deal with the tattoo artist, and as far as I know tattoos don't cost nearly as much as cancer treatment. You don't know how much your friend is raising or what she does with the money, If you have money to donate, it might be better if you give it to the American Cancer Society or a group that specializes in the kind of cancer her girl has.
