What kind of tattoo should I get?

I have had a pretty tough year and would like to get a symbol of some kind that represents strength or strong woman, or surviving. I would also like for it to be small and to be able to put it somewhere discreet, if that helps.

I love tats with words so maybe incorporate and quote that symbolizes strength/courage with a picture....maybe silohouttes of doves flying upwards on ankle above a quote in fancy cursive font wrapped around your ankle

Just wherever, belly, wrist, back, shoulder, neck, ankle, etc.
Also, do you prefer images or words?

Neck or shoulders maybe. Never words or copies of real pictures. Those always turn out bad. A nice little flower type thing or a heart looks nice, but don't go for bright colors. Thats my preference anyway
