I've got white, fuzzy cat ears and tail.I got all excited about making a cute japanese cat girl (neko mimi) costume, but I screwed up the costume and now I only have 14 bucks to get a new one with. Any ideas?
Answer
Here are some that shouldn't be too hard to make. I think I'll wear one of these costumes next year. I hope these help.
Angelina Jolie
Wear pleather pants or tight black jeans, with a tight white sleeveless shirt. A push-up bra is a must. Bonus points if you can find/make a shirt or purse that says "Mrs. Pitt".
Decorate your arms by drawing on tattoos with washable marker, to imitate Angie's. Or make a tattoo that says "Billy Bob", cross it out, and write "Brad Pitt" underneath it.
Carry plastic baby dolls in various ethnicities, Stash them everywhere on your person - sticking out of your purse, on a sling across your chest, etc.
If your hair is short, wear a long black wig.
Plump up your lips in an exaggerated way by outlining them outside their natural lines, and filling in with beige lipstick.
Backstabbed Beauty Queen
Wear a pretty pageant dress - if you don't have something fancy, check thrift stores or the Salvation Army shop.
Get a plastic crown/tiara.
Make a sash from wide ribbon that says "Miss America" or whatever you want.
Use black and purple makeup to give yourself a black eye.
Fake blood can be dabbed around your nostrils to suggest a bloody nose.
Take a hollow plastic knife (from a costume shop or toy store), cut the end to spread the knife-point out, and tape it to a piece of stiff cardboard. Then tape the cardboard to your body so that the knife handle is sticking out of the dress (safety pin around the zipper, or if it's a cheapo thrift-shop dress, you could cut a hole in it).
Brain Donor
Get a hospital gown - ask for a freebie at your doctor's. These things are flimsy, so you'll need to wear something underneath it - a t-shirt and leggings or white pants are good.
Use black and purple makeup to give yourself two "black eyes".
Wrap the top of your head - from eyebrows up - in medical gauze (available at drugstores) and secure it with a safety pin.
Add some some fake blood spots to the gauze to simulate seeping head wounds.
Get a clear jar, put a small amount of water in the jar and add a big lobe of cauliflower.
On the front of the jar, put a big label that says "Brain Donor.
Bubble Bath
Wear pink or white clothing, with small pink or white balloons attached.
Wear a matching bath cap.
Carry a back scrubber, a rubber ducky, and for an added touch, hang some soap on a rope as your belt.
Carrie
Visit a second-hand or Goodwill store and buy an old prom dress.
Make a sash to wear with it that says "PROM QUEEN".
Dump a lot of fake blood over your head. (Your hair should be soaking with it!)
When people talk to you, glare at them angrily!
Cat Burglar
Dress in a black turtleneck and pants, or wear a black tunic and leggings.
Wear a little black knit cap on your head.
Strap a tool belt around your waist.
Carry a bag with stuffed cats peeking out.
For an extra special effect, tape-record cats meowing and carry the tape recorder in the bag.
Cereal Killer
Take a white T-shirt or sweatshirt and attach small snack-size breakfast cereal boxes to the front (sew them on with thick thread, or use Velcro).
Stick a plastic knife (available at toy stores) in each box. You are now a "cereal" killer.
Desperate Housewife
Wear a bathrobe over a long nightgown or pajamas, and some big fluffy slippers on your feet.
Put your hair up in pink spongie rollers.
Put on a green facial mask or put cold cream all over your face.
Put a TV Guide and a remote sticking out of your bathrobe pocket.
Carry a spatula or a wooden spoon.
Deviled Egg
Wear white pants and a white long-sleeved shirt.
Cut a yellow oval out of felt and attach it to your stomach (that's the yolk).
Wear devil horns and carry a plastic pitchfork.
Fairy Goth Mother
Dress as a goth (white face makeup, black lipstick, eye liner and nail polish, studded collar, wrist band, and belt, and black outfit or Victorian dress).
Then add a wand, fairy wings, and blue or pink hair.
For extra flair, carry some glitter confetti to throw at people when granting their wishes!
Fashion Police
Dress up in your most "fashionable" outfit - the more brand name labels, the better.
Wear a police hat and carry hand cuffs (both available at toy stores/costume shops).
Make yourself a badge to wear that says "Fashion Police".
Add a utility belt stocked with makeup and hair products, like a big can of hairspray.
Walk around handing out "Fashion Violation" tickets.
Guy Magnet
Wear a close-fitting black shirt (a cute one!) and pants.
Attach a strip of red fabric to the bottom of each pant leg. Or, just use thick red masking tape.
Use Velcro strips to attach Ken Dolls all over yourself.
Highway
Start by putting on a close-fitting black t-shirt and pants.
Using yellow electrical tape (available at hardware stores), create two solid or dotted lines down the middle of your shirt on both sides.
Use Velcro to attach toy cars along both sides

What are things i could use for a biker girl costume?
Gigi
I already have a leather jacket , a bandanna, and jeans but i don't know what else I should do. I need to know what i should do for shoes and my hair.
Answer
Leather Jacket
A black leather jacket is the quintessential biker accessory. Motorcycle jackets are form fitting to cut down on wind resistance. The zippers and buckles on the jacket should be heavy and silver-tone for a biker girl costume. Try looking in resale shops to find a great deal on an older leather motorcycle jacket.
Shirt
A plain white T-shirt is perfect for a biker chick costume. The white of the shirt and the black of the jacket create an attractive contrast. Motorcycle brand T-shirts are another option.
Bottoms
Form-fitting black trousers or black skirts work well in a motorcycle babe costume. While real biker women would not be likely to wear skirts because of safety concerns, for a costume, skirts can show off the legs in an appealing way. If you decide to wear a skirt, consider adding some sexy fishnet stockings.
Boots
Real motorcycle boots have a heel to rest on the foot peg of the bike. For a costume, you can choose any type of boot that you would like. The best options are tall boots. Heavy low-heeled boots with zippers and straps make for a funkier look, while high-heeled boots provide a sexy look.
Jewellery
For a biker girl costume, jewellery should reflect the rest of the outfit. Items such as studded bracelets, black leather chokers and skull rings can be added to your costume as desired.
Head Covering
The head covering you use with your biker chick costume will have a big influence on the overall appearance of the look. A black leather or black vinyl biker hat is one way to go. These hats have a visor and usually incorporate some silver chain. Another option is to wear a bandanna as a head covering. Traditional red bandannas can be found in most craft stores.
Fake Tattoos
Tattoos are often associated with bikers. But you don't need to make a lifelong commitment for your biker babe costume. Fake tattoos with skulls, motorcycle logos, barbed wire and hearts can be applied to any part of your body.
