Since I was little I have struggled with low self esteem I look in the mirror some days and start crying. I have had an eating disorder since I was twelve even though I'm not fat I'm 5'4 and weigh 98 pounds. I want something like "love yourself" or "with pain comes strength"I really need a small quote because it will be going on my rib cage I will definitely appreciate the help

I think they are probably mentally ill, Why? Tattoos are associated with mental illness and dysfunction. The patients who had a greater number of tattoos, who had a greater percentage of their body surface tattooed and who wore tattoos in more visible places were all found to exhibit more aggression and to be engaging in behaviors such as cheating, lying or stealing.â This research about tattoos and personality was recently published in the journal Personality and Mental Health. "Our findings suggest that forensic psychiatric inpatients with tattoos are significantly more likely to suffer from antisocial personality disorder than those without tattoos, and patients with antisocial personality disorder were also significantly more likely to have higher numbers of tattoos, a larger percentage of their body covered with tattoos, and tended to have tattoos in more visible locations" said lead researcher Dr. William Cardasis.
